GROUP FITNESS ROOM
Group Fitness classes are running here every day of the week and if you’re looking for options you’ve come to the right place. We have your favourite instructor led Les Mills classes as well as Zumba, Pilates and yoga. We’ve even scheduled virtual classes at off peak times, to help you cram that extra workout into your busy schedule.
The Cycle studio is a fun and safe environment for you to pedal your way to a fitter healthier you. Incinerate calories, build strength and endurance with Les Mills RPM & SPRINT classes which are running here every day of the week. Now there’s no excuses, you can get your blood pumping and calories burning Rain Hail or Shine!
FUNCTIONAL TRAINING ROOM
Add some variety to your workout in our dedicated functional training & boxing room. Get your heart rate up performing exercises that work on improving core strength, balance, power and flexibility by using multiple movement planes. With boxing bags & boxing stations, suspension training systems, kettle bells, powerlifting rack, ropes and more you will have endless options to add to your workout.
STRENGTH TRAINING & FREE WEIGHTS
Isolate select muscle groups with our state of the art weight equipment. With a vast array of plate loaded, pin loaded and free weight machines you will have loads of variety to keep yourself challenged and motivated for every single workout!
We have everything you need to keep your cardio varied and interesting, wether you want to be walking, running, cycling, rowing, climbing or stepping we’ve got you covered!
Whether you are a first timer and need to learn correct technique or a long time gym goer who needs some motivation to take your training to the next level, our experienced Personal Trainers are there to help you out every step of the way!
Breathe Easy knowing your little ones are happily playing in a safe and fun environment while you workout. All our kids club staff have up to date blue cards and senior first aid certificates.
If you have any questions just ask our friendly and helpful reception staff, always willing to help out any way they can! And while you’re there why not grab yourself a freshly ground coffee, it’s a great way to get a natural energy boost before your workout!
Whether you are off to work or heading downstairs to the laneway restaurants to meet friends for a movie and lunch, we have everything you need to refresh after a hard training session. You can rest assured knowing our bathroom facilities have showers, hairdryers, and lockers so you can leave the club after a sweat induced workout looking your very best!
First 3 hours are free when parking in Westfield North Lakes, so you have plenty of time to get your workout done plus some!! Street parking also available off North Lakes Drive & Little Burke Street.
