24/7 Reformer Pilates 

Train on state-of-the-art reformer beds with 24/7 access and minimal class sizes. Perfect for those looking to sculpt, tone, and strengthen with precision. This premium add-on is $20/week and gives you full access to our dedicated Reformer studio.

Movement & Recovery

These classes focus on mobility, control, and movement quality. Designed to complement strength and conditioning training, or stand alone when your body needs something more intentional.

MATWORK is a floor-based Pilates class focused on core strength, posture, and controlled movement.

Sessions use bodyweight and simple props to improve stability, mobility, and muscular endurance. Emphasis is placed on technique, breathing, and alignment.

Ideal for building a strong foundation and supporting long-term movement health.

FLOW is a guided yoga class designed to improve flexibility, balance, and body awareness.

Classes move through a steady sequence of postures linked with breath, focusing on mobility, control, and relaxation. Options are provided for all experience levels.

A strong complement to strength training and high-intensity work.

RECOVER is a low-intensity class focused on improving mobility and aiding recovery.

Sessions include guided stretching, joint mobility work, and breath-based techniques to reduce stiffness and support overall movement quality.

Best suited for rest days, post-training recovery, or anyone looking to move better and feel less tight.

The Vault

High-energy classes built around conditioning, skill, and repeatable effort. These sessions are fast-paced, coach-led, and designed to push output in a structured way.

RIDE is a coach-led indoor cycling class focused on cardiovascular fitness and lower-body endurance.

Each session blends steady efforts, tempo work, and short intensity pushes. Resistance and pace can be adjusted to suit your fitness level.

Expect strong music, clear coaching, and a challenging but controlled ride.

STRIKE is a boxing-based conditioning class that combines technique, cardio, and full-body movement.

Classes include pads, footwork drills, and conditioning intervals designed to build endurance, coordination, and power. No boxing experience is required.

Fast-paced, high-energy, and a great outlet for stress.​

GRIT

Functional training, done right. GRIT is our signature strength-and-conditioning class that blends weight training with cardio — rotating weekly between focused lifts and conditioning-style circuits. Designed to build muscle, improve endurance, and keep things interesting, this class is perfect for members who want structure without the rigidity.
