To qualify, all three referred friends must sign up for a membership within one month of being referred.

Each referred member must maintain an active, paid membership with no missed payments for the first 60 days after joining.

Referrals with invalid or incorrect phone numbers will be considered void.

Referrals who are already active or past members of Breathe Health Clubs Morayfield do not qualify.

Once all referral conditions are met and verified, the referring member will receive three years of membership free of charge.

Breathe Health Clubs reserves the right to verify eligibility and refuse or revoke rewards in cases of misuse or inaccurate information.
