CRECHE – PER CHILD BOOKING

Cancellation Policy

Breathe Health Clubs offers supervised creche sessions to support parents while they train. To keep our creche safe, organised, and within capacity, we require that each child has their own individual booking for every session; if you are bringing more than one child, please complete a separate booking for each. The creche has strict limits based on the number of children we can safely supervise, and once a session is full no additional bookings or walk-ins can be accepted. If you’re bringing siblings, please list their names and ages in the form fields provided—this helps our team prepare but does not replace the need for separate bookings. All payments are handled through your membership: Creche Unlimited members have access included, while casual creche visits must be paid at reception after the session. Bookings on the website are displayed as $0 purely for booking purposes. If you can no longer attend, please cancel your booking as early as possible so another family can take the available spot. On arrival, please sign your child in with creche staff and provide any relevant information such as allergies or special requirements. Parents must remain on-site at all times while their child is in the creche, and children who are unwell or showing signs of contagious illness cannot be admitted for health and safety reasons.
